Between August and December 2008, we moved over here to the ranch from our home of over 41 years in Longview. It had been the home of my husband’s family for a long time so it also feels like home to us. My studio is the garage apartment separated from the house.
I love it here …………right now it’s kinda messy and things are not in the place they will be eventually. But messy aside and all the old sloping floors and ceilings, the worn linoleum and the paint on the walls needing touch-ups, it’s a wonderful place to come and get away from everything else………………but be close enough at hand when you need to be. AND the views are so inspiring to me.
